Gillian N. Andrews is an entrepreneur, educator, author, speaker, organizational leader, and founder of Little Over 21™, a growing ecosystem centered on communication, personal alignment, education, media, publishing, and legacy-building. Her work brings together decades of leadership, teaching, program development, training, mentoring, and community engagement with a forward-thinking approach to helping people understand who they are, how they communicate, and what they are building for the future.

She is the creator of the LO21™ Alignment Framework, a five-pillar system built around Truth, Ownership, Discipline, Legacy, and Voice. Through the framework, Gillian develops conversations, workshops, learning experiences, editorial content, and practical tools designed to move people beyond inspiration and toward reflection, accountability, confidence, and meaningful action. Her work through the Little Over 21™ Voice Lab further explores communication, confidence, and transformation, helping individuals strengthen their voices personally, professionally, and publicly.

As an author and creative developer, Gillian is building an expanding publishing portfolio that includes adult nonfiction, conversation-driven books, educational resources, children’s books, coloring and activity books, and imaginative story worlds. Her children’s work blends creativity, emotional learning, belonging, confidence, family, and legacy, creating experiences that entertain while giving young readers something meaningful to carry with them.

Gillian’s broader vision extends through Little Over 21™ Media, publishing, educational programming, and the LO21 Legacy Foundation, connecting storytelling, learning, leadership, and community impact under one evolving body of work. Whether she is teaching, writing, speaking, creating, or building new frameworks, her mission remains consistent: create spaces where people can think more deeply, communicate more boldly, understand themselves more clearly, and build something that lasts.

Her philosophy is simple: purpose should become practice, voice should become impact, and legacy should be built intentionally.
