The Little Over 21 Legacy Foundation is a purpose-driven nonprofit organization founded by Gillian N. Andrews, Founder & Executive Director, to create meaningful educational, creative, and community-centered opportunities that strengthen children, families, and future generations.
Rooted in the belief that legacy is not simply what we leave behind, but what we intentionally build while we are here, the Foundation develops programs, resources, and experiences centered on education, literacy, youth development, emotional learning, creativity, family engagement, and community impact.
Through children’s books, educational resources, workshops, storytelling, enrichment initiatives, and community programming, the Little Over 21 Legacy Foundation works to help young people develop confidence, curiosity, emotional awareness, communication skills, and a stronger sense of belonging. Its growing body of work includes creative and educational initiatives such as LO21 Legacy Paws™, along with additional children’s publishing and learning projects designed to make education engaging, accessible, and meaningful.
The Foundation also serves as the community-impact arm of the broader Little Over 21™ ecosystem, connecting education, storytelling, leadership, creativity, and legacy-building in ways that can support individuals and families across generations.
Under Gillian N. Andrews’ leadership, the Foundation is being developed as more than a charitable organization. It is being built as a long-term platform for learning, opportunity, representation, remembrance, and transformation, one capable of creating resources today that can continue serving communities tomorrow.
Our focus is simple: educate with purpose, create with intention, strengthen communities, and build a legacy that continues long after us.
